Thank you for your interest in scheduling a massage appointment. My sincere apologies for not being able to schedule an appointment for you. Due to a full schedule, I am unable to offer appointments to new clients at this time.

 MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

I have always waived payment for last-minute canceled appointments due to illness. This is especially important to remember at this time.  

PLEASE, call to cancel if you believe you may be ill the night before or morning of your appt. - there will be no charge. 

For everyone's safety at this time, please err on the side of caution if you think there is a possibility you may be sick.

PLEASE NOTE :Receiving a massage when you are feeling unwell may exacerbate your symptoms.  If you have any symptoms of illness the week of your appointment, please call to cancel your appointment and reschedule when you are feeling better.

~ I require: 12 hours’ notice to avoid the full session fee for all late canceled/rescheduled or missed appointments.  

EXCEPTIONS: Illness (please stay home), and inclement weather (safety first).

LATE ARRIVALS will be charged the full session fee. I will gladly give a full session if time allows, but the session may be shortened to accommodate the appointment that follows yours.
